Take a soft measuring tape and loosely drape tape from your shoulder to the opposite hip bone. Use the chart below to determine your approximate size.

Most people can wear two sizes and fall into two different sizing categories. See the comparison chart below for additional sizing information.

The lowest part of the sling should lie below your belly button and above your hip bone.
