Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Most orders can be tracked on the website. Go to the Policies Page and click on the "Account History" link. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order you are checking on. In some cases, such as an item being shipped from another location, the status is not updated on the website. Please don’t worry if your order status has not changed. Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We ship by order total at Jaminga. If your order is $50 or more, going to a USA residence, your shipping, via USPS Ground, is free! Here are our shipping rates:

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We know you will love your order, but if you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange, less the cost of shipping, for unused, unwashed items, with tags, in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Custom items (such as crib bedding) and items shipping directly from artists (these items are clearly marked in their descriptions on the site) are final sales. A custom order may be cancelled, within three business days of order, for a full refund. Most custom items can be returned for store credit. Please see the item's description for refund information. Refunds will appear on your bank statement within 30 days. All returns require an RMA number. Simply click here to contact us by email Contact Customer Service and we will promptly issue an RMA with the return information. We are a small, family business and remain flexible regarding returns, for special circumstances, just let us know! For more information on returns, please visit our Policies Page.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Jaminga does ship internationally, every day. International Orders may take up to an additional week to process. We ship via USPS Interntaiontal Mail. USPS is economical and has short transit times. We ship internationally by weight. Contact us for International Shipping Rates, prior to placing your order. We will send you a shipping quote.
If you place an order without requesting a shipping quote, we will email one prior to processing. If you do not respond to our quote, we will ship the available items, at the most inexpensive rate. Note that items shipping directly from artists will incur additional fees, however if you do not respond to our shipping quote email, those items will be cancelled .
Any additional fees charged by the customer's country, or any shipping carrier, are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, Jaminga is not responsible for, nor will we replace items lost in the mail, when shipping internationally. On most orders, the customer has an option of shipping with insurance, when we provide the quote. If the package is insured, it is the customer's responsibility to track and claim. Note shipping transit times are estimates only and may vary from region to region.
NOTE: International Orders do not qualify for any free shipping promotions.
Q: What is order processing?
A: Order Processing is the time it takes from when the order is received to when it’s processed, picked, packed and shipped. Order processing time is approximately 1-2 business days. Note…shipping estimates are AFTER order processing.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship the same day they are placed. Custom items will take more time. Please refer to the items’ descriptions for lead times.
USPS GROUND: ARRIVES approximately 4-8 days after order is processed
USPS PRIORITY MAIL: ARRIVES approximately 4-6 days after order is processed
USPS EXPRESS MAIL: ARRIVES approximately 2-4 days after order is processed.
For stocked orders, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, when the order ships, with a tracking number. Orders shipping directly from the artists will not include automatic shipping confirmations. Please contact us, if you have questions about tracking custom orders. Q: What is the definition of “Direct from Artist”?
A: Many of our items ship directly from the designers (or Artists). Shipping of items directly from
the artists may take more time. These items, and their lead times are are noted in each of their descriptions on the website.
A: Jaminga offers many items that are made to order. Items that are custom-made to the customer’s specifications, per the available options, are considered Custom Items. Custom items have different return policies, due to their nature. Please refer to the item’s descriptions for return information. if there is none specified, the item is returnable via our standard return policy.
