Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Service page and click on the "Account History" link. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs in our Policies page. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can view our Return Policy on our Policies page.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we are happy to ship internationally. If you are an international customer, please email us at:  info@jaminga.com for shipping rates.
