Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Service page and click on the "Account History" link. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs in our Policies page. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can view our Return Policy on our Policies page.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we are happy to ship internationally. Visit our Policies page for information on international orders
Q: What is order processing?
A: Order Processing is the time it takes from when the order is received to when it’s processed, picked, packed and shipped. Order processing time is approximately 2 business days. Note…shipping estimates are AFTER order processing.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We offer three levels of shipping:
STANDARD: ARRIVES approximately 4-10 days after order is processed
EXPRESS: ARRIVES approximately 4-6 days after order is processed
RUSH: ARRIVES approximately 2-4 days after order is processed.vels of shipping.
The customer will receive a shipping confirmation email when the order ships, with a tracking number. Orders shipping directly from the artists will not include a shipping confirmation. Please visit our Policies page for complete shipping information
Q: What is the definition of “Shipping Direct from Artist”?
A: Many of our items ship directly from the designers (or Artists). Shipping of items directly from
the artists will take more time. These items, and their lead times are are noted in the the
item’s description.
