Return Policy
We know you will be happy with your order. If you aren't, we do accept returns. Items purchased within 30 days, in new condition, with store receipt are accepted for exchange or store credit, less the cost of shipping. If there is a manufacturer's defect or we made an error in your order, returns are free. All custom orders, most direct from artist items, all maternity items, opened cd's, diapering and body care products are final sales and cannot be returned for credit or exchange. In certain cases, a return will be accepted with a restocking fee of 25%. We are a small and friendly company that is flexible. Ordering
We offer a secure online ordering system, keeping your information private. When your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email with your shipping confirmation, when your order ships.
Gift Services
We offer a free gift message with every order, that is completed during checkout. We do not offer gift wrapping for all of our items, however we do offer organza gift bags with certain items (this is offered by item in the drop-down menu). All other items are packaged neatly and suitable for gift giving. Additionally, items that ship directly from the artist cannot be gift wrapped.
Shipping
We are a very small company that gives personal attention to each and every order. In order to accomodate all of our customers with this high-level of service, in-stock orders are processed and usually ship within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of payment receipt. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping for Out of stock and "direct from artist" items may take more time. Items that ship directly from artists may incur additional fees, which are listed in the item's description for Standard shipping.
Shipping Transit Times
Jaminga offers three methods of shipping (Standard, Express and RUSH). If your order is time sensitive, we suggest using expedited shipping. Not all items are available for expedited shipping. Expedited Shipping for orders shipping directly from Artists will incur additional fees and may take more time. We will contact you immediately, if your order does not qualify for expedited shipping and/or to notify you of additional shipping fees and transit times.

Military Packages
We are happy to ship to APO/AP addresses but cannot guarantee arrival times. Please allow extra time for shipping.
International Orders
Jaminga does ship to internationally. We generally ship via USPS Interntaiontal Mail. USPS is economical and has short transit times. We ship internationally by weight. Contact us for International Shipping Rates, prior to placing your order. We will send you a shipping quote. If you place an order without requesting a shipping quote, we will send one prior to processing. If you do not respond to our quote, we will ship your order via the least expensive route. Note that items shipping directly from artists will incur additional fees.
Any additional fees charged by the customer's country or any shipping carrier are the responsibility of the customer. Addiitonally, Jaminga is not responsible and will not replace items lost in the mail when shipping internationally without insurance. The customer has an option of shipping with insurance, when we provide the quote. If the package is insured, it is the customer's responsibility to track and claim. Note shipping transit times are estimates only and may vary from region to region.
NOTE: International Orders do not qualify for any free shipping promotions..
Delivery
We provide a delivery confirmation number for each order. If your delivery location is not secure and you require a signature confirmation, please let us know prior to shipping, as there will be a small fee. In order to keep shipping costs low for our customers, we insure packages of $100.00 and over. If you require insurance on a package less than $100.00, you must contact us and additional fees will apply. Make sure to provide an accurate shipping address, we are not responsible for any package that is uninsured and is confirmed as delivered per the postal carrier. Additionally if a package is returned to sender, a refund may be issued, in certain circumstances, less shipping charges.
Custom/Special Orders
We are happy to order items that are out-of-stock or custom from many of our designers. Custom Orders must be pre-paid at order time. We will send you an order confirmation email, as well as a status-email and a shipping confirmation.
Backorders
When we are out-of-stock or have an item on backorder, it is usually indicated on the website. If it is not indicated, you will be noitified immediately, after your order is placed. Most items on backorder have an estimated arrival date provided on the website. If there is no date provided, please email us for an estimate and/or we will contact you with the date, when your order is placed. Backorder dates are estimates only (items may come-in sooner or be delayed). We will keep you informed of your order status. Items on backorder are charged to you when the order ships to you. Backorders OVER $50.00 are charged to you when the order is placed.
FREE Shipping Promotions
Items that qualify for free shipping are via our Standard method and apply only to orders shipped within the USA. Oversized items, direct from artist/manufacturer, diapering and custom orders may not qualify for free shipping.
Payment Options
Accepted forms of payment include: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, but do accept eChecks via PayPal. Payments made via PayPal should be payable to:info@jaminga.com.
