No Hassle Return Policy
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We know you will love your order, but if you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange, less the cost of shipping, for unused, unwashed items, with tags, in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Custom items (such as crib bedding) and items shipping directly from artists (these items are clearly marked in their descriptions on the site) are final sales. A custom order may be cancelled, within three business days of order, for a full refund. Most custom items can be returned for store credit. Please see the item's description for refund information. Refunds will appear on your bank statement within 30 days. All returns require an RMA number. Ordering
We offer a secure online ordering system, keeping your information private. Credit cards are processed through authroize.net. When your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email with your shipping confirmation, when your order ships.

Order Processing
In-stock orders are processed and usually ship within 1-3 days of payment receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping for Out of stock, Backordered and "direct from artist" items may take more time. Items that ship directly from artists may incur additional fees. Lead times and any additional fees are posted within the item's description.

Shipping Transit Times
Jaminga offers three methods of shipping (USPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail).

If your order is time sensitive, we suggest using expedited shipping. Not all items are available for expedited shipping. Expedited Shipping for orders shipping directly from Artists may incur additional fees and may take more time. We will contact you immediately, if your order does not qualify for expedited shipping and/or to notify you of additional shipping fees and transit times.

For time-sensitive orders and/or overnight shipping, please contact us via email for rates and availability. The following rates are approximate. Bad weather and postal delays may effect transit times.

FREE Shipping Promotions
Items that qualify for free shipping are via our Standard method and apply only to orders shipped within the USA. Oversized items, direct from artist/manufacturer, diapering and custom orders may not qualify for free shipping.

Military Packages
We are happy to ship to APO/AP addresses but cannot guarantee arrival times. Please allow extra time for shipping.

International Orders
Jaminga does ship internationally. International Orders may take up to an additional week to process. We ship via USPS Interntaiontal Mail. USPS is economical and has short transit times. We ship internationally by weight. Contact us for International Shipping Rates, prior to placing your order. We will send you a shipping quote.

If you place an order without requesting a shipping quote, we will email one prior to processing. If you do not respond to our quote, we will ship the available items, at the most inexpensive rate. Note that items shipping directly from artists will incur additional fees, however if you do not respond to our shipping quote email, those items will be cancelled .

Any additional fees charged by the customer's country, or any shipping carrier, are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, Jaminga is not responsible for, nor will we replace items lost in the mail, when shipping internationally. On most orders, the customer has an option of shipping with insurance, when we provide the quote. If the package is insured, it is the customer's responsibility to track and claim. Note shipping transit times are estimates only and may vary from region to region.

NOTE: International Orders do not qualify for any free shipping promotions.

Delivery
We provide a delivery confirmation number for each order. If your delivery location is not secure and you require a signature confirmation, please let us know prior to shipping. It is important to provide an accurate shipping address, as we are not responsible for any lost package that is confirmed as delivered per the postal carrier. Additionally if a package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for the cost to reship the order.

Special Orders
Many of our artists are happy to create custom orders. Custom Orders must be pre-paid at order time. We will send you an order confirmation email, as well as a status-email and a shipping confirmation.

Backorders
When we are out-of-stock or have an item on backorder, it is usually indicated on the website. If it's not the customer will be contacted, via email, with the estimated arrival timeframe.

Most items on backorder have an estimated arrival date posted on the website. If there is no date provided, please email us for an estimate. Backorder dates are estimates only (items may come-in sooner or be delayed). Backordered items under $50 are charged when they are shipped. Backordered items OVER $50 are charged at order time.
