Jaminga Store Policies


We offer a secure online ordering system, keeping your information private. Credit cards are processed through PayPal. When your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email with your shipping confirmation when your order ships.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are processed and usually ship within 1-3 days of payment receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping for Out of Stock, Back ordered and "direct from artist" items may take more time.

Items that ship directly from artists may incur additional fees. Lead times and any additional fees are posted within the item's description.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

We do not accept personal checks or money orders, however we do offer PayPal's eCheck feature.

Wish List Gift Registry

We make it easy to select and share the items you really want. Click the "wish list" link at the top of the page and get started. 

Back Orders

Occasionally, we temporarily run out of an item, but allow back orders. Most items on back order have an estimated arrival date posted on the website.

If there is no date provided, please email us for an estimate. Back order dates are estimates only. Items may come-in sooner or be delayed.

Back ordered items under $50 are charged when they are shipped. Back ordered items OVER $50 are charged at order time.

Special Orders

Many of our artists are happy to create custom orders. Custom Orders must be pre-paid at order time. We will send you an order confirmation email, as well as a status-email and a shipping confirmation.

Privacy Policy

You can shop at Jaminga online with confidence. We keep all of your personal information private. We do not sell or divulge any personal information we receive from our customers or gift recipients ever! 

Gift Services

We offer a free gift message with every order that is completed during checkout. 

No Sales Tax

You'll never spend a penny in sales tax at Jaminga.


We do not accept returns unless there is a product defect or if there is an error, on our part of the order.

All returns require and RMA number. Without the RMA, the item will be sent back to the sender via C.O.D.
